Help me PLEASE

I believe others have had this issue but I can't find the answer now, go figure.
I can't download pictures anymore.
Google which took over Blogger says I've maxed out the Picasso file and have to pay.
Does anyone have advice as to how to fix this issue?

    I wish I had an answer for you, but honestly I think they're just getting greedy. It seems like a dozen of my followed blogs just got this same message, regardless of how many pictures or how long they've been blogging.

      Really frustrating, I read a blog that addressed this bit I can't remember which one lol I read too many I think

      So my only options are to pay for a blog/diary or no pictures just words or quit? choices, choices ;/

    I've heard of this, and you can copy and paste your pictures instead of uploading. Sorry girl, let us know if you start a new blog ☺
