Someone

Someone is enjoying my Christmas quilt .
It's snowing heavily but that only encourages my customers to maker get bundled up and trench through the puddles if slush and ice water to get them feed. It never ceases to amaze me that people feel the need to take to the roads when it snows and sleets. Is there something wrong with staying home and not endangering yourself or anyone else unnecessarily? We re only supposed to get 2-4" but it rained , sleeted and iced 1 st so it ought to be a mess when the temp of 32' we have now drops to 24' as they are calling for tonight.

  1. When really bad weather comes, I think it makes people think they'd better get prepared. Not that it wouldn't make more sense to get prepared BEFORE the dicey weather actually starts!

Weather like you're having is the pits. Way too much ice involved. Hope you come through it with no problems.

    Nice quilt!

    1. In this modern age people know 10 days in advance of weather. I swear people just want to push the envelope and prove they are invincible when they go out. The ice wasn't as bad as it could have been but still dicey on the roads I heard.

  2. Lovely quilt and lovely cat! I think that most people don't think beyond the next 15 minutes until it's almost too late. I would be they don't give the fact that they are causing YOU to risk life and limb one thought. Sort of like those people who trudge into the office, spewing flu and cold germs because they don't want to take a sick day. Gak!
